The specialized employment assistance services offer you direct tripartite support (you – the counsellor – the employer) so that you can fully occupy your place in the company. We offer about ten regular workshops and specific workshops. Participation in job search workshops offered monthly and occasionally is an important step for the job seeker. We offer several interesting possibilities for businesses and employers, including exploring the pools of candidates for job offers; creating databases for those eligible for job interviews; scheduling and organizing in-company interviews; organizing flash recruitment for 10 to 400 candidates; assistance in applying for a wage subsidy; job placement and retention monitoring; information on the hiring of temporary foreign workers; and talent hunting (engineering technicians, IT, administration and finance. We also offer in situ inclusion training for executives, managers and HR.<\/span><\/p>\n
