As part of the Intercultural Montreal 2023 Program, developed in partnership with the Diversity and Social Inclusion Department of the City of Montreal and the Ministry of Immigration, Francisation and Integration of Quebec; La Maisonnée is launching this project which aims to create a day of sharing, awareness and celebration of the cultural diversity that characterizes this magnificent city.
This event consists of a series of free activities, including conferences with expert panelists, humorous performances by talents from immigrant backgrounds, inspiring testimonies from people who have contributed to interculturality in Montreal, as well as activities. collaborative art.
The main objective is to promote understanding of cultural differences, encourage open-mindedness and raise awareness of the systemic discrimination that certain communities face on a daily basis.
